The office of the Chief of Dept is a division of the NYPD -- the NYPD, Internal Affairs, CCRB, NYPD IG, CCPC the commission to combat police corruption part of Dept of Investigation -- all these different groups all part of NYC gov cannot police the police and Internal Affairs is so corrupt no one is arresting any corrupt IAB involved in my case and how many others?


I left a voice mail for Emery and Malik alleging their wrong dong and again asking them to take back my cases yet again stop all involved would at least have to testify under oath.   Until I get a new Commission in to NYPD Internal Affairs and DA corruption they only chance I and others have if is CCRB takes our cases and calls in the police under oath.

I asked the NYPD Inspector General to do this and he refused.  I also told him about Chief Chuck Dowd but again it appears crony central and all agencies protect far more wrong doing than actually do their job.
